World Globe

In the left, or West, arm of the Walkable Cross, there is a 6-foot globe of the world to remind us of the Great Commission.  Once we have experienced Jesus, we want to tell everyone around us!

After his death and resurrection, he tells his followers in Matthew 28:  “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The Globe is lit up to remind us that Jesus said in John 8:12: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for saving me, it is wonderful to be yours! Please show me how to obey and share who you are where you have placed me.  Show me what your assignment is for my life so that I can walk in obedience to you and fullness of life and joy.  Thank you that you are with me always.
