July Newsletter 2021

This summer brings new and exciting collaborative demonstrations of the Kingdom of God in the Fountain Valley and El Paso County region! The Gateway Prayer Garden team is collaborating with local pastors and spiritual leaders in August for some historic Kingdom activities both on-site and in the community.

After many months of preparation both spiritually and physically on the land, it’s our time to go to another level of Kingdom activity. Make sure you see our gathering on-site listed below as well.
. . .

We wanted you to be aware of an annual event that is occurring August 2-7th with local churches participating that provides another opportunity to be a part of answering Jesus most remarkable prayer in John 17:22.  He prayed to His heavenly Father, “That the very glory you have given to Me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that we enjoy.”

________________________________________________• SUNDAY, AUGUST 15th . . .

The Gateway Prayer Garden will be the host site for Together for Life (TFL) from 1-2 PM on Sunday, August 15th. Plan to arrive any time after 12 PM (noon) to set out your blankets and chairs or sit on the prayer benches on the Prayer Trails to enjoy your picnic lunch while visiting with pro-life warriors. Present and future plans for the TFL ministry will be shared as well as the vision of the Prayer Garden.

TFL is one of the premier educational outreaches serving local churches in the Front Range sponsored by Pike Peak Citizens for Life. It equips church members in compassionately sharing God’s love and a Biblical apologetic for those struggling with a life altering circumstance/situation. A “Life” garden is planned within the larger Prayer Garden that will serve those faced with unplanned pregnancies or post-abortive consequences/ outcomes.

Revival Meeting 1921

In 1921 a big tent revival occurred in the Front Range of Colorado in downtown Fountain. We are celebrating the 100-year anniversary of that event and simultaneously anticipating another visitation of the Holy Spirit at the Gateway Prayer Garden on Friday and Saturday, August 20-21, at 5:30 PM. We will have praise and worship, and messages given both evenings. Food trucks will be present at 4:00 PM and come early to enjoy the Prayer Trails prior to the meetings. More info HERE.
Pray with us for critically needed Kingdom messages of hope and new life for so many in spiritual need in the Front Range and bring a friend !

Remember, you are welcome to invite prayer groups or of course come on your own to experience the Prayer Trails and become acquainted with the GPG mission and vision in our Welcome Center.

Be sure to check out our website to see how you can partner with us financially to make the Prayer Garden a hub of activity in the Pikes Peak region. Go to Legacy Scripture Tiles and Prayer Benches. We’ll have examples of these for you to view at the revival tent meeting on August 20th and 21st as well.

Find out how you can volunteer as well !

The Gateway Prayer Garden team is looking forward to being with you soon and make sure you follow us on Facebook GPG on Facebook or our website GPG Website as well for continuing updates.
